All services are subject to appointment availability and individual suitability.
2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be scheduled through our official online booking platform or other approved booking channels.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and arriving on time.
Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent by email or text message.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
All appointments are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies displayed during the Square booking process.
Clients should review these policies before confirming an appointment.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, and rescheduling requests may be subject to applicable fees disclosed at the time of booking.
4. Payments and Pricing
Service prices are displayed on our website or booking platform and may change.
Applicable taxes, processing charges, deposits, and additional service fees will be disclosed before payment when required.
Payments are processed through approved payment providers, including Square.
5. Lash Refills and Service Eligibility
Eyelash refill appointments depend on the condition and retention of existing extensions.
Clients with less than 30% of their extensions remaining may require a full set rather than a refill.
Additional fees may apply for work performed over extensions applied by another lash artist. Applicable charges will be communicated before the service.
6. Service Results and Aftercare
Every client's natural lashes, eye shape, skin sensitivity, and lifestyle are different. Results and retention may vary.
Clients are encouraged to follow all recommended aftercare instructions.
Clients should disclose known sensitivities, allergies, or relevant conditions before receiving services.
7. Refunds and Service Concerns
Refunds, adjustments, and service concerns are reviewed according to the policies communicated at booking and applicable consumer protection laws.
Clients are encouraged to contact Magnificent Lash Art promptly with any concerns regarding their services.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Sending a message does not guarantee an appointment or reservation.
