3-Day Group Lash Training Overview
Welcome to Your Group Training Experience
This program is designed for artists who want hands-on, guided growth in a small group setting. You’ll gain technical mastery, confidence, and business structure — while learning alongside others and receiving personal support throughout the journey.

Day 1: Foundation & Technique (6–7 hours)
• Lash theory: growth cycle, lash types, curls, and styling approach
• Face shape & eye design: group discussion and analysis
• Fan creation with 0.03 lashes — hands-on practice with correction
• Mannequin practice: rotation-based application under supervision
• Isolation technique and posture coaching
• Group Q&A and feedback session

Day 2: Live Model Application (6–7 hours)
• Each student applies a full set on a live model (or rotates)
• Receive live correction on posture, placement, and direction
• Learn how to manage glue control, angles, and symmetry
• Observe and give feedback on other students’ lash work
• Group photo review and critique
• Homework assigned for post-training client preparation

• Submit photos from 2 real client lash sets

You’ll complete your first full set and leave with clarity on what to improve.
