Why Your Lash Reference Photo Might Not Be the Best Choice for You

A lot of clients come to their appointment with a saved lash photo.

And honestly, that’s completely normal.

But something many people don’t realize is that just because a lash style looks beautiful on someone else doesn’t always mean it will look beautiful on you.

Every face is different.Every eye shape is different.Every natural lash pattern is different.

That’s why lash extensions should never be treated like copy and paste.

They should be customized for the person wearing them.

A style that lifts one person’s eyes beautifully might make another person’s eyes look heavier or more tired. This happens a lot with dramatic cat-eye styles. They look amazing on certain eye shapes, but on others they can pull the eyes downward instead of lifting them.

That’s why I always guide my clients based on what actually fits their features instead of just recreating a picture exactly the same.

The goal is not just to add lashes.

The goal is to create balance, softness, dimension, and something that truly enhances your face naturally.

Another thing people don’t talk about enough is comfort.
